Our charcuterie is ambient until opened and then refrigerate. For maximum flavour it is best served at room temperature.
Unlike mass produced salami, our salamis are removed from their ‘skins’ before packaging.
Ingredients: Free Range Pork 96.2%, salt, mixed herbs, garlic powder, preservative (sodium nitrite).
Gluten, Wheat, and Lactose free.
140g of pork used for 100g finished product.
Storage sliced: Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within three days.Minimum best before on delivery 6 weeks.
Storage whole salami 300g: Once opened, keep in an air tight container in your refrigerator, and consume by the best before date. Minimum best before on delivery 4 months.
