Amber’s is a new restaurant at the Cedar Court Hotel Group’s flagship hotel in Harrogate.
Inspired by the spirit of Lady Amber Fitzwilliam, the pioneering scientist and society wit who ran her famous salon from the hotel in the early twentieth century, Amber’s offers a Yorkshire take on contemporary British cuisine in a sophisticated, relaxed setting.
With thoughtfully designed interiors, a carefully curated menu, excellent service and warm welcome, guests are invited to drink, dine and delight. Amber’s champions local and regional suppliers, using locally sourced ingredients where possible to create a range of classic and high-quality Yorkshire dishes with contemporary and stylish presentation.
The Imaginarium, the elegant private dining room, is perfect for special celebrations, intimate events and sophisticated business meetings and can seat up to 28 guests.
