The Distillery produces two gins, they started their distillery with their London Dry Gin which is a luxurious well balanced gin, distilled with 11 different fine quality botanicals.
Their second venture is a Rhubarb and Ginger Gin, with the aim of creating a natural Yorkshire Gin, one which the drinker could decide the sweetness of.
Their Gin school, which sits above the distillery, hosts 8 people for sessions to make your own gin, offering a step-by-step guide through the gin making process. You can also purchase their gin in their on site store or on their website.
