Description
As with all true gins, the taste explosion of Hooting Owl’s Signature Gin starts with juniper. Complemented by citrus notes of bitter orange and grapefruit, earthiness from mountain ash and the sweetness found in liquorice and cassia bark, our Signature Gin is finished with spicy notes of cubeb and grains of paradise. The result is a rich, aromatic, very smooth ‘ginny’ gin.
PERFECT SERVE
Serve over ice with a slice of red grapefruit or orange for a fruit sensation. Alternatively, add a simple slice of cucumber for a refreshing clean taste. Serve with a high-quality Indian tonic.
